“Disappointing and over priced”
The room was in a decent spot and the breakfast was fine, but the sink was clogged and it took 40 minutes to drain.

The hotel is well situated. The room was clean and the bathroom spacious. Air conditioning helped us cope with the heat at night. There was a kettle with coffee and tea, and the linens were changed daily. We were in a basement room; the floorboards sagged under our feet even though we’re not heavy. The safe didn’t work, there was no hair dryer, no fridge, and too few outlets. The hallway light leaked through the door and stayed on all night, and the room was next to the elevator shaft.

The personnel were attentive and tried to improve our stay, but it’s an old building with a very small bedroom, narrow stairs, and a cramped bathroom. It’s not a good hotel; I won’t return.

The location was good, breakfast was also fine, but the place was cramped, expensive, and the room was hot.

Läget i centrala London är perfekt. Rummen är väldigt små
