The bedding is comfortable and clean. The room smells old. No door in the bathroom/wc. The factory noise right across the street. Homeless people on the bench across the street make a lot of noise until 1 a.m. (we had to ask them to leave through the window). The line at the outlet is only 2 metres (barely) to the left of the room window. No TV. 131 € is extremely overpriced and the reception was not very warm.

Proximity to the festival inter Celtic train station, easy management and reception, and breakfast cuisine. Beware of the sound insulation, which can be an issue when neighbors are noisy or arrive or leave at unusual hours.

The manager is very welcoming and friendly; the rooms are quiet and well maintained. The bar‑restaurant downstairs is great and saves you the trouble of looking for a place to eat.
