There was plenty of food and the hot springs were nice; most of all, the couple running the inn were very kind and helpful. The facilities were old, and taking an elderly guest up and down was difficult.

The breakfast was tasty. The place was dirty: the toilet, bath, and washbasin were all shared, and the futons were dirty too.
