The hotel’s partner parking lot was full, so I spent almost 30 minutes searching for an available spot nearby.

It turned out cheaper than other hotels, but the lack of handwritten information made things confusing for guests who aren’t comfortable with the internet or computers.
When I checked in, the staff took the time to patiently explain how to use the machine, but I could hear noise from the neighboring room and wondered if they could hear us as well.
