Upon arrival, there was no one at front desk and 3 people ahead of me to check in. Waited at least 5 minutes for 1 employee to arrive. Room on 1st floor was actually the basement. The carpeting was damp. People were in and out, slamming doors all night. No sleep to be had

The room was clean, the staff were nice, and the location was good, but the bathroom was way too small and cramped.
