The staff were very friendly and the facilities were good, yet the parking was located outside the property.

I was happy to find the hotel close to the airport, but the buffet and hallway cleanliness left something to be desired.

Nothing. - room was not clean with disgusting carpet on the floor -shower was tiny and didn’t have a door so the whole room got wet - parking is 12 euros a day - room architecture makes no sense. No door to the shower, television above a door, power sockets inside the bed, it’s like the budget ran off in the middle of the building. - no tea or coffee as usual, just a pot - room description did not match the actual room. We got a sofa bed instead of a single bed as promised (see attached photo) the sofa bed was horrible. - the staff was horrible. when I talked with the receptionist (9.10 night shift) about our problem above, she gaslighted me, telling me she upgraded us to a superior room, but I told her I want the room I ordered, with the single bed not the sofa bed, then she admitted the hotel was fully booked. So in truth, it was not an upgrade, they didn’t have the room we ordered available so they gave us something that did not match our agreement. - receptionist was an really rude and arrogant, kept giving me weird excuses about the room and never once apologised for the room being not as promised
