I was blown away by the breakfast and dinner – absolutely unbeatable – and the staff were friendly and helpful. The added value of a 2 pm check‑in and a 11 am check‑out for early‑birds was appreciated. The rooms were poorly sound‑proofed, and there was a parking fee even though the booking price listed parking as free.

The hotel sits at the edge of town, surrounded by nature. The room was large, with a huge window overlooking the view. The staff were great and the service very good. The shower was spacious and clean. Breakfast was varied, rich and tasty. The pool had warm water, which felt cold to us Europeans, but it didn’t bother us. The jacuzzi was indulgent, though it was a bit of a mess.

The food was excellent, the environment clean, and the bed and mattress pleasant. However, we were assigned a room right next to the garbage chute. Throughout our stay, construction was happening and the craftsmen could see us through the windows, plus there was noise. They were also building right in front of the hotel entrance. It was a big disappointment; you want to enjoy a holiday, not listen to jackhammers and bulldozers. I would have appreciated a heads‑up beforehand to decide whether to stay or cancel.

The breakfast was outstanding, and I truly had nothing to complain about – it was super for me. The staff were professional. For me everything was fine; a beautiful break in the mountains at a nice hotel.

The hotel was pleasant with a restaurant, a nice selection of breakfast and dinner. The pool was comfortable with a slide. It was family‑friendly – an outdoor playground and an indoor playroom. The option to take a pastry from breakfast to go was appreciated, especially with kids. The room was clean, nice, and well‑equipped, including a shower. The playroom was somewhat small for the hotel’s capacity. Otherwise everything was fine.
