The staff were very courteous and the room was spacious, so I was able to unwind after my travels. No complaints.
The rooms are always clean whenever I stay. I was a bit annoyed that some international guests took bread with bare hands during breakfast.
The place was clean. The hotel’s perfume scent was a little strong.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was discreet, and the location was good; thanks to Miki for the help. However, I was upgraded to a double room without any notice instead of a triple, and there was no refund; there were serious mistakes with the timing and availability for luggage transfer to the airport, which forced me to book and pay for a taxi; the air conditioning in the common areas was too strong.
