The location is good, the rooms are large and reasonably modern. The lock on our room door didn’t work, leaving our room completely unsecured. We told reception in advance that we had to leave early and asked for a simple takeaway breakfast (like fruit); when we left in the morning, no staff were at the front desk and no breakfast had been prepared for us.

The location was really good, the room was big and spacious, and the bathroom was nice with plenty of room. The air conditioner in our room was sluggish and the room was extremely hot when we arrived; it stayed on all night but the heat was still intense.

The family hotel is well‑situated right across from the boat departures and is clean. The room was large with a balcony and all the facilities worked properly. There was a bit of waiting at breakfast, but nothing else to mention.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Tam Coc Harbour View Hotel; the room was spotless and cozy, the spot was convenient, and the staff were warm and welcoming. We had a great time and would gladly return. Highly recommended!
