The booking turned out to be fake.

Breakfast never arrived. We faced a string of problems that made our stay very uncomfortable. A) The lights in our room never worked, and the staff never fixed them. B) The water heater was also broken, and again no one addressed it. C) I booked a triple room but got a double, and they still charged me extra for an extra bed that shouldn’t have been needed. D) Finding the hotel was a nightmare because it uses a different name online, and the receptionist didn’t honor our reservation at first, adding to the stress. E) The room was infested with bed bugs, a serious hygiene issue. F) The bathroom was visibly dirty. G) No basic toiletries were supplied, which is a basic expectation for any hotel.

We liked the location. We had to ask them for towels and bedsheets, even then they did not change bed sheets or pillow cover. When we reached there the staff told my booking is not reached there, but it was already booked by me. then he asked for more cash than offered priced, it not I was asked to go to any other hotel at 11.30 pm, so his behaviour and attitude was very arrogant and i felt humiliated

“The location was wrong. There is no such property there, there is Hotel O White Town. The owner there denies the booking”

Everything was dirty and not worth 300 rupees a night.
