I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel, which started from the moment I checked in. The room was in a deplorable state, with no drinking water, no TV, and no cleaning done. The mattress and pillow were dirty, and I even spotted a cockroach and saw mice scurrying around. I ended up checking out two days early due to the unbearable conditions, and I'm extremely disappointed with the property and the booking platform I used.

I must admit that I'm still grumbling about my recent stay at this hotel, but it's more out of frustration than disappointment.
