The boiler was warm, the place cozy, and clean. Laura, the owner, is a kind and caring woman.

The staff were courteous and the place was clean. The only downside was the distance from the city center.

The house was very clean, welcoming, warm, and furnished with new items. The owners were very kind and gave all the necessary directions. It has two separate rooms with a shared bathroom. The area is very quiet and on the outskirts. It is a bit far from the center, but the car gets you there in ten minutes. We stayed one night to visit Arezzo’s Christmas markets, and it was a great option considering that more central places had much higher prices.
