The location in Trastevere is very good. This property is a guesthouse that charges hotel‑level prices but offers very little privacy or comfort. All the bedrooms face the same shared balcony, so it’s almost impossible to have any privacy unless you keep the shutters closed all the time. The rooms are also extremely close to one another, with very poor sound insulation. You can hear practically everything happening in the neighbouring rooms, even someone sneezing or flushing the toilet. Noise is a constant problem throughout the night, made worse by guests checking in, arriving, and leaving at all hours. My room was also extremely dark; even with all the lights switched on, it remained poorly lit and rather gloomy. On top of that, the bathroom extractor fan, which automatically turns on with the bathroom light, was excessively loud and disturbing. Overall, the lack of privacy, poor soundproofing, constant noise, and inadequate lighting made the stay far from comfortable, especially considering the excessively high prices, which were completely unjustified given the quality of the accommodation.

The place sits in a great spot close to numerous restaurants and historic sights, with apartments in a quiet area and old‑style architecture that feels very secure. There's nothing else to complain about.
