The hotel was fantastic, with great rooms, quiet bathrooms, and a pool area where you could happily spend hours relaxing; all staff were attentive and friendly, especially Shinu the manager at the desk who helped us a lot.

I booked a room that included breakfast, but the host told me at the morning that breakfast was not part of my booking, and it took 10 minutes to verify it with the team. The rest of the stay was perfect.
