The location was good. The staff didn’t speak French and the mobile room access was horrible. Parking cost €25, very expensive, and you had to walk in and out the opposite way. We arrived at 20:00, finally got into the room at 22:00, and it was the same for everyone. The tiles in the room were very slippery, and no room number was shown outside, so you had to look for it.

The place itself looks nice and gives a good first impression. The location is pleasant and overall my parents liked their stay. The check‑in was a real hassle – I had booked it for them, they arrived on a Sunday, and even though I had reached out via WhatsApp, we only got a reply on Monday. That really rattled them during the journey, though helpful staff on site eventually eased things. Parking is a drawback: €25 a day is steep, especially since the spots are tiny and hard to maneuver in; we expected much more for that price.
