The room was large, the location was great, the staff were friendly, the bathroom was nice, the balcony had a comfortable seat, and the food was tasty. The water wasn’t really hot.

A warm welcome from the reception for our group of ten, including our trip leader and driver, made the start of our visit smooth; the hotel sits in a quiet, safe spot just a short walk from shops. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff were consistently friendly and kind. The only downside was the lack of an on‑site restaurant, but otherwise everything was excellent.

We were left outside the gate and had to wait 15, 20, or 30 minutes without any response; even the three security numbers were unresponsive.

The place was clean, but the staff were indifferent and sluggish. They locked all doors at 21.00, preventing us from leaving, and no one was at reception or security from that time onward. Additionally, loud stadium‑style music blasted from 5.30 am, making it a clear no‑go.
