The host’s warm welcome, readiness to help, and advice were superb, and the large room with a Ryad bathroom was quiet; the Ryad is a 20‑minute walk from Jamaa el Fna square, but the souk is less than 10 minutes away from the main square.

The best part was the concierge Abdel—very attentive and helpful, his presence and assistance add a lot to everything.

The welcome was warm and the value for money was good, but the air‑conditioning broke down; we were moved to a different room with working AC. Breakfast included yogurt, orange juice, pastries, bread, butter, and jam. It was great. The shower had no water or barely any, and the AC was still broken.

It sits just outside the medina, so you avoid the confusion. The staff were very helpful and offered many excursions at reasonable prices compared to other operators. Breakfast was excellent. The room only had a small window and there wasn’t much airflow.
