The beautiful location and the unique design of the hotel stood out, and the very spacious rooms featured a terrace with a hot tub. The staff were friendly and spoke some English; after a repair, the shower was delightful. They were eager to arrange anything for you. The food was tasty and cheap. They had not yet set up tours for individual travelers, so there were none. A tuk‑tuk was arranged for the trip to the park with the famous baobab trees, and the dive school was nearby, though you still had to arrange that yourself. The dive was lovely with many fish. The hot tub was broken, and after repair the plugs fell out when turned on.

The staff were friendly and the view of mangroves and dunes was pretty. The rooms lacked air conditioning and had poor airflow, making them very hot; the beds were short and very hard.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's secluded location, which offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere perfect for those seeking a tranquil getaway. The private beach, located just a 15-minute walk away, was a true gem, and the hotel's tasteful design and thoughtful layout made my stay even more enjoyable. While it's worth noting that there are no taxis or public transportation available in the area, I was able to easily arrange for a driver, which made navigating the area a breeze.

I was blown away by the hotel's modern and beautiful design, which made my stay truly unforgettable. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the hotel lacked a pool, which would have been a lovely addition to the property.
