“I am satisfied of the hotel services plus the politeness of the crews and the security guards.”

The food tasted good and was enough for me; the hotel is too close to Divisoria Malls, and every time I’m in Manila I stay at Dela Chambre Hotel. Nothing else.

The bathroom water was good, and the bed and room were comfortable, but the breakfast was terrible, the rice was terrible, and there should be more options for passengers such as sandwiches, burgers, salads, and other fast‑food items. We had to pay $2000 until checkout, which was too much and inconvenient; no other hotel does that. If you insist, $1000 would be enough.

The staff were lovely, but the bed felt hard and uncomfortable, the bathroom was tiny and had a terrible smell, and there was no fridge in the room – we had to pay extra for someone to bring one.

“Convenience and save money because bery near to walk to shopping mall instead of using grab”

This place is the best because it’s surrounded by a shopping mall, but it lacks basic facilities like an iron.

“I loved the food and the staff!”

I enjoyed my stay; the breakfasts were amazing and the staff were professional, responsive, always available, and helpful, even leaving two breakfasts for me while I stayed alone. The food was fantastic, especially the fried fish and the tocino, and taking a hot shower in the Philippines felt special. By American standards, the bed was stiff and the toilet didn’t function properly – you have to fill the little trash can with water to help flush, as most Filipinos use a timba and a tabo to flush the toilet, so the plumbing isn’t designed like in other countries.
