Location and value for money are fine, breakfast was good. The digital check‑in had technical issues with the machine, and we had to call the front desk twice. In room 9, two refrigerators were right by the window, running all night, making it impossible to sleep with the window open.

Everything was very clean and nicely furnished. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly. The bed was very comfortable. We had nothing to complain about.

The room was clean and welcoming, but the self‑check‑in kiosk was broken.

The room was nice and tidy. I wish there were a European power socket. The reception was non‑existent. I arrived to a large empty space with a big TV screen urging me to check in. I was given room 6. No one told me where the reception was or how to get a key, and whether I was in the HOTEL or the MOTEL. After searching, I found the reception, but I couldn’t check in because I was in the HOTEL. Then a staff member told me I had to check in at the MOTEL. After more searching, I finally found a computer that didn’t work fully. I had to call again to get a key. This hassle took 40 minutes and caused a lot of frustration. The phone time and the associated costs, since calling within Switzerland as an EU resident is expensive, I definitely want a refund.

The bath was great, the bathroom was nice, but checking in was hard, the lighting was bad, and there were broken items like the bedside lamp, the small mirror in the bathroom that was loose, and the towel holder that was really loose. The wardrobe was dirty and stained a white blouse, there were only four hangers for two people, no space to unpack a suitcase, only two drinking glasses, and no fridge or kettle for coffee or tea. In short, it felt like staying somewhere else.
