Nothing good. The cleaning is awful! They show a new room on Booking, but when you arrive you’re given an old one.

The staff were very polite and attentive, but the cleaning, especially in the bathroom, was lacking. They could focus more on that detail.

Everything was super clean, the staff were helpful and attentive, and I loved it—every time I go to Brás I’ll stay here.

The room and bathroom space were comfortable, but the finishes felt very old—mirrors, bathroom furniture, locks, and a loose outlet that didn’t hold the hair dryer. Small details that matter; a bit of attention and a little investment would improve guest comfort.
