“It was okay, the facility was very good, but the breakfast left much to be desired.”

The room was very spacious and clean, and the area was quiet because it was a little far from the city centre. It would have been helpful to know the road beforehand. The distance from the centre made the area quiet, but the road was uphill and tiring, which was a surprise and made me think twice about booking due to mobility issues. The property advertises an “exceptional breakfast,” yet we only found two thin slices of ham and cheese, two eggs, and about five different pastries—totally disappointing.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Sorrento and would definitely recommend this hotel. Our room and the breakfast area were both clean, tidy, and well maintained. Carmela, our host, was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. She gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit and beaches, helped us book a day trip to Amalfi and Positano, and offered restaurant suggestions. We had a small issue with the shower, but it was fixed immediately, which we appreciated. Carmela was very attentive throughout and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. One of the nicest touches was when we had an early start and she prepared breakfast for us to take with us, which was greatly appreciated. The location was perfect: a 10‑minute walk from the station and close enough to reach the main town and attractions. It’s slightly away from the hustle and bustle, which we liked, yet still close enough to explore everything Sorrento offers. If you have mobility issues, a taxi might be preferable due to some hills and walking involved, but for us the location was ideal. A supermarket is a four‑minute walk away, as is a lovely pizza restaurant, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Carmela’s hospitality and thoughtful touches made a real difference, and we would gladly stay again.

La ubicación es buena. La persona que atiende la propiedad Carmela nos dio muy mal servicio 1- a la fecha no me ha mandado el recibo del pago de impuestos a nuestra llegada (pagamos $40 euros en efectivo) 2- la habitación tiene hormigas 3- aunque la reservación dice que incluye: microondas, cafetera y varias otras amenidades en el área común, si las utilizas Carmela se enoja! 4- el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funciona bien, par que logre enfriar un poco se tiene que cerrar la puerta metálica que cubre la puerta de cristal para salir a la terraza
