The accommodation on the island was gorgeous, and everything from toilets, showers, rooms, food, and drinks was excellent. We arranged a car lift from Kabale with the hotel, which we highly recommend because the road is dusty and we had a lot of luggage, so riding a motorcycle would have been difficult. We also enjoyed a boat ride all the way to the island. Friday, who took great care of us, deserves praise.

What a lovely place! The location is beautiful, the food is tasty, and Clinton was a fantastic host.

The location is very nice, and I had a hut by the lake, offering a wild romantic solitude. However, the entire property is very old; there is no electricity (phones can only be charged at the reception), no Wi‑Fi, a pit toilet, cold showers, and at night only candlelight. Beware: at the shore, people posing as staff charge double the price for the ferry to the island.
