The proximity to Monasterio de Piedra and a very friendly, cheerful waiter who served us. The older lady at reception was unfriendly and there is no elevator. Knowing we were traveling with a baby, they could have warned us or at least put us on the first floor.

It was a pleasure staying here; the staff were excellent and very friendly, and we got to enjoy the individual outdoor rooms. The hotel sits 1 km from the monastery and offers everything, even an indoor play area. The restaurant is amazing and the food is incredible—couldn't have been better.

The location is great if you want to visit the Monastery of Piedra and its surroundings; it’s quiet, has its own parking, and feels very family‑friendly. However, the facilities are old. In the room it’s cold this time of year, and although a radiator is provided it’s uncomfortable to have to turn it on. The mattresses are hard.

La ubicación y el desayuno no estaba mal del todo poca variedad pero bien. El agua caliente te avisa de dejar correr el agua ,pero estar esperando casi 20 minutos con un hilo de agua ,al final no pudimos ducharnos,la habitación tenía la taza de WC mierda para aburrir,telarañas en el techo ,el edredón con una mancha amarilla que daba asco,y encima la televisión no funcionaba vamos una vergüenza de sitio y encima lo dices y no te hacen ni caso ,eso sí cobrarme después de quejarme 20 euros por un perrito de 4 kilos eso sí y tengo fotos y videos de lo que cuento no vuelvo ni loco
