A great place to relax with clean rooms and tasty breakfast, and all the staff were kind and helpful, though walking around was a bit difficult.

Very pleasant to stay; the staff were excellent and very kind, and I always love this place.

Location is fine, but cleanliness was poor, the staff were not properly trained, and the kitchen was not clean.

This hotel is a hidden gem, located a little out of town in the countryside where the views are magnificent and we enjoyed walking through the tea plantation; the rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was good, the staff were all very friendly, and the service was excellent—everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.
