The hotel was new and modern in the center of Querétaro, with quality services and very welcoming staff. The restaurant offered truly delicious dishes and cocktails. There was no shower head and the tile in the shower and bathroom was very slippery. Work started in the neighboring building during our stay without any notice; hammering from 8 am to 6 pm echoed in all rooms. No commercial gesture was offered.

The photos of the room match the reality, and the boutique hotel is small but cozy. The terrace is lovely and the food is deliciously rich. The location is exceptional. There was no dryer, but the staff were very attentive and managed to get one for me. The blackout curtains were missing, and because the bathroom had a window and a transparent door, natural light flooded in.

The location is amazing, the design is beautiful, the food and drinks are fantastic, and the rooms are super clean. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are excellent. The overall design of the hotel is gorgeous, and they use high‑quality soaps and similar amenities in the rooms. Nothing to complain about.

The location and facilities are great. The night front‑desk staff failed to replenish the coffee supply.

The hotel’s design is stunning. It’s very convenient to have a restaurant on site, and I loved the cafeteria area. The location is unbeatable. Nothing to add.
