The location and kitchen area are fine. The door entry code system is the first hurdle – it simply doesn’t work. You can’t get into the property unless someone else is inside to let you in. I’ve stayed many times and it’s always a problem, especially after 6 pm when no one is there to help. Secondly, they shouldn’t advertise a room as having a “bathroom” when it only has a very small sink and a tiny shower. The community toilet is on the next floor and is shared with farm‑yard animals, judging by its appearance and smell. I understand there may not always be a full en‑suite, but it needs to be advertised as such.

The location was fine, but the shower was on a different floor from the toilet, which wasn’t made clear in the listing, and there were no coffee facilities.

The room was nice and cosy, and the communal kitchen was fantastic with everything you need, though a private toilet would have been preferable.
