Breakfast was good, but there was no scrambled eggs. The bathroom and room had good equipment. The mattresses were soggy. There was no elevator, and as a disabled person I had to go up to the top floor.

It was close to the tram station, but I paid for a double and ended up in a single, sharing a twin bed with my child, which was not acceptable.
