Ramada Encore by Wyndham Bareilly Civil Lines

Ramada Bareilly ranks among the best in the region. The medium‑sized room was reasonably clean, comfortable, and met the standard expected of a 4‑star hotel in Bareilly. The restaurant, however, truly stood out and was even higher in quality. The staff were well trained, attentive, and genuinely committed to excellent service. Chef Yogi was exceptional, paying close attention to detail and responding quickly to guests’ needs and requests. A big cheer and heartfelt thanks to the entire restaurant team—Shivangi, Nikita, Summun, the ever‑smiling Asheeka, Rohan, Tapos, and Krishna—for making our dining experiences so enjoyable. Special thanks also to Mohit and Mamta at the reception desk for their help. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would gladly return to Ramada Bareilly on my next visit. Overall, the stay was satisfactory.

“Very good hotel property. Worth the value.”

The property is clean and very well maintained, with very courteous staff. Breakfast was very good, and the rooms live up to Wyndham standards. It’s one of the best‑maintained properties in the city area and is located very well near the markets. The downside is that the breakfast area has limited tables and can get full quickly during peak times. Guests arriving in the last half hour may not get service if tables are already packed, so timing is up to the guests.

“Stained carpets, couches, hair in food, very inefficient staff”

The staff were extremely slow and clueless when we tried to give simple instructions. The first room we got had odd stains on the couch, floor, carpets, and table, and the desk chair was half broken. We asked for a room change and it was arranged, but on our wedding anniversary we asked for a complimentary cake from the in‑room dining and the staff left us hanging with no update; they never followed up. When we dined, the bread basket contained hair, and the staff didn’t apologise at all.
