The hotel is close to Al‑Arab Street, shops, restaurants, and cafés are available. The rooms have air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and cleaning supplies in the bathroom, a room fridge, and a kettle. I did not like the floor cleanliness; there were many stains on the carpet.

The location and room interior were fine. We stayed here for the second time; the first stay was about two years ago and this was the last. I have never seen a carpet that dirty in my entire life, it was disgusting, pretty sure that some of the stains were blood, and no attempts to clean it were taken. Our room was just above the entrance and the smell of smoke was overwhelming. The breakfast was substantially worse than it used to be – nothing to choose, the coffee machine does not make even a basic cappuccino and you have to wait in line even for an espresso with milk.

The pool and sauna were great, but the gym felt too small and the breakfast was only okay, especially since staff let guests touch food with bare hands.

The breakfast was absolutely beautiful, and Abdullah, who worked there, was so proud of his job, explaining everything to me; he’s a true gentleman and honest person, and I’d definitely return because of him.
