The bay view from the shared balcony was fantastic, and the free latte and tea were a nice touch. The rooms were spotless, newly renovated, and came with private bathrooms. However, the self‑check‑in/out meant no one was on site to assist, and a staff member at the entrance asked me when I was checking out. I had to bring cash because paying online would have cost extra, and the two ATMs are a steep hike up the mountain, so having cash ready is easier. In September 2026 construction on the adjacent building kept me awake from 8:30 am, and the early 10 am checkout added to the hassle.

The location was great, and the sound insulation was decent enough. The owner’s service attitude was excellent. When I entered the room, I noticed an old, damp smell.

The price was fair, and the balcony offered a sea view where I could sip coffee or milk tea quietly. The old street was close by, and everything else was acceptable. The shared space outside the room felt a bit cluttered; a bit more tidying up would improve the look.

The scenery was amazing, and the place was run with care—many corners had thoughtful touches, making it a great value. If you need parking, you’ll have to arrange it yourself; the nearby Taian parking lot charges 200 for a single entry/exit.
