The reception was not staffed as advertised. The room category was changed from a family room to two rooms without any consultation. A message I sent was never answered. The stay never took place. I am still waiting for a response about a refund.

The bathroom was clean. There was no fridge.

The hotel’s location is very nice; I didn’t book breakfast; the mattress was far too soft, and the tap in the bathroom sink was very hard to turn.

The area is about 27 minutes from Köln Zentrum, which is decent. However, the single bed was really uncomfortable, the bathroom sinks were completely clogged, the wardrobes seemed useless, and there were very few power outlets.
