The place was very nice and clean, with no complaints at all.

I was scammed; I had to contact the property, request a refund as they promised after I messaged, but they did nothing. There was never any availability and they still took my money. I followed every instruction, sent messages, tried calling—no number to reach, nothing similar online, and when I found the only company in the same place I was put on hold, told I'd get a callback, but received nothing and reported it with no response. If anyone can help, let me know. Thank you—I'm unsure what to do with the company, so I gave it a low rating because I never got to stay and they only replied in the morning after saying they were overbooked. Thank you. Aaron I literally paid £200 for two replies saying there was no availability and then tried to get a refund.

Nice location, but we were overcharged for a facility that couldn't accommodate six adults and four children, and it was almost impossible to find any help. I would not recommend it.
