The front desk service was decent, but the soundproofing was poor—water running, footsteps, and traffic outside the window kept me from sleeping.

Spotless rooms and friendly staff, no complaints.

The location is good, about a 5‑10 minute walk from the MRT. Even though the hotel is eco‑friendly, the lobby should offer toiletries to give guests a more complete domestic travel experience; the cost is not cheap and I had to buy disposable items elsewhere, which left a bad impression.
