The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly, but the beachfront is far from the hotel—just a good morning walk away.

“Best place to stay in Paradip”

Rooms were clean and spacious, check‑in and check‑out ran smoothly, the staff were very nice and welcoming, the breakfast buffet was superb and the restaurant served great lunch and dinner. I had a last‑minute change to my reservation dates because my flight was delayed a week due to a cyclone in the area, and they adjusted the dates without any extra charge. The only downside was that the restaurant kitchen could be a bit faster; sometimes it took a solid 30 minutes even for a salad or juice to be served.

A lovely place for a quick escape from Bhubaneswar. Everything was great, and the buffet spread was solid.

“Relaxing weekend getaway at Mayfair Bay Side”

The food, staff behaviour, and facilities are all quite good. We felt very comfortable. Mr Raju and Chef Rout at Tea Pot were attentive to our tastes and served piping‑hot food each time. Cleanliness and room maintenance need improvement: despite being a fairly new property, the headboards are dusty, bathroom corners are dirty, and carpets need washing. Salon staff could use a boost, and overall service quality should be raised.
