The location in the city centre was good and the room was clean; I thought the cost performance was decent. The shower room had no ventilation, so the sewage smell was strong. The only currency was Indian rupees, and when I was supposed to get a refund in Nepalese rupees, I didn't have change on hand, so they said they'd return it by checkout, but it disappeared into the dark. It was a small amount, so it was fine…

The welcome and advice were perfect, and breakfast was excellent. The garden was beautiful, and the rooms were a good size, including the three‑bedroom suites. The toilets could have been cleaner.

The people were nice, and the garden was nice. Unfortunately, there were bed bugs, cockroaches, and flies.
