The cleanliness was terrible, so we didn’t even stay. The staff were extremely rude while trying to help us get a refund, and it took over a month to receive a response. Absolutely will not recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room lacked enough lighting and the bed was too low and hard; an extra pillow would have been nice.

The setup was great and the room was nice, yet we wished the kitchen had a toaster, which was never available, and the parking lot had too many smokers, making me feel unsafe.

The room fit my family well, and after a mix‑up they compensated with a friendly attitude and an upgrade, but there was no continental breakfast with hot dishes and the pull‑out sofa was old and uncomfortable.
