Location. Despite my request, they didn’t give me the room I had booked. I stayed in a tiny, old room with curtains that wouldn’t close, a stinky shower, and a broken shower cabin. The sheets were dirty, the beds were thin and uncomfortable. Even after writing for days, they didn’t charge my card and asked for cash at reception. Breakfast consists of green eggs and cold croissants. The staff are very rude and cold.

The location is great, the breakfast is well varied, the place is clean and the staff are friendly. The street is quite noisy, which makes the stay a little disturbed.
