Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
I was very satisfied with the hotel. The staff were always very courteous, helpful, and polite. The location was good, with bus stops conveniently located right outside the door. Breakfast was very good, and the atmosphere was cozy. Opening and closing the room doors was not always easy.

Breakfast was extensive and refilled frequently. The relatively small room was clean, but there was no extra space. The room was very small and practically had no storage. The bathroom was missing several items; only soap was available. Hotels outside the city centre should include free parking.

The hotel is in very good condition, the rooms are clean and efficiently arranged. Breakfast is more than good. The staff does their utmost to meet questions and assistance. This is the Freiburg Sud location. I accidentally booked the West location, and the receptionist handled the cancellation with a quick message.

Parking is directly at the motel but costs EUR 8 per day. Breakfast was incomplete.

Parking is directly at the motel. Breakfast was incomplete; around 9 am there were no eggs left, glasses and cups were not replenished, and the staff seemed "distracted".
