The location was good, but the advertised free parking only fits 2‑3 cars, and the paid lot outside the hotel only accepts Romanian numbers via QR code or local currency; the room windows faced the road, so the constant traffic noise made it hard to sleep.

The hotel is very close to the train and bus stations, has a nice small balcony overlooking the lake, and the traffic noise is far away.

The location is excellent, but the rooms are old, the TV is tiny, the power outlets are recessed so you can’t plug in a charger, and although it was 7 °C outside, they didn’t allow the heating to be turned on.
