We were assigned room 329 facing the street and couldn't sleep because of the street noise.

This was my second stay at the hotel; the location is convenient and my first experience was good, which is why I chose to stay again, but this time the room had a serious sanitary issue in the bathroom—the toilet overflowed and there was a strong fecal odor all night, making rest very unpleasant; a room with such a problem should not be given to a guest and should be inspected before assignment.

The room was clean, but breakfast was very poor with no options, the room was small, parking ran out so we had to park a bit farther, the walls and windows were thin and you could hear everyone passing which bothered sleeping; it’s fine for a night, but not for arriving before 5.

“ANULARON ARBITRARIAMENTE MIS RESERVAS --- MIS 2 PASAJEROS SE QUEDARON SIN HOSPEDAJE. POCO PROFESION”

They arbitrarily cancelled my reservations—my two passengers were left without accommodation. It’s not professional and not reliable.
