A fantastic hotel tucked away in the charming village of Lech, the staff were amazing and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was luxurious and delicious, served whenever we wanted, from berries to eggs Benedict. Goran and Robert handled everything wonderfully. The fondue night was a highlight, with an incredible spread of cheeses, meats, vegetables, and fruits. Dimitris the driver was very professional and attentive, while Tizian excelled at booking restaurants and arranging our itinerary. Every staff member was fantastic. The location is convenient, within a nice walking distance to everything, and otherwise Dimitris is available to transport you. The only downside is the sauna in the basement, which is cool but lacks a hot tub and an outdoor terrace for drinks after skiing.

This hotel is really comfortable and luxurious, with an excellent breakfast. It was pretty quiet when I stayed, I think because it was the end of the season.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but honestly, the room was a letdown. The double bed was ridiculously small and the bathroom was pretty basic. To make matters worse, the building is super thin-walled, so I felt like I was hearing every little thing going on around me. For the price, I expected way more.

I liked the friendly staff and breakfast here, but had some issues with the room not being very dog-friendly and the bathroom was pretty small. Overall it was okay, but a few things could've been better.
