When we arrived at reception they told us there were no free rooms and that the hotel was fully booked; after a bit of back‑and‑forth they finally offered us one room.

Nothing good. A real disaster; I don’t understand how this place is even allowed to stay open. Everything is a catastrophe and a disgrace for China.
