It’s a true oasis of peace and quiet. Francesca is extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to give any needed information. The attention to detail—just look at the patio and garden—is incredible; you feel at home!

The accommodation is super cozy and perfect for a couple’s stay in Bologna, close to the center with bus access.

This place feels more like a 5‑star boutique hotel than a B&B. Francesca was incredibly hospitable, and the venue is an absolute oasis. Breakfast is simple, but nearby cafés offer more options. If we return, we’ll definitely book again if it’s available.
