The stay was calm and in line with expectations. The TV channels were extremely limited, and the smoke detector’s battery needs replacement (the red light keeps flickering).

We've been staying here for years whenever we visit the Netherlands, and it has always been pretty good, though the last few visits weren't as enjoyable. The prime location near The Hague, Rotterdam, and Delft, with bus, tram, and train stops right in front of and under the hotel, is the biggest advantage. The rooms are decent, featuring a nice shower and comfortable beds. I can't ignore how the presence of refugees is altering the atmosphere enough that I might look elsewhere next time. Breakfast isn’t as great as I remembered but still decent. The parking behind the hotel is available for €9 per night, though it doesn’t match the hotel’s quality.

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, complete with a fridge, microwave, and desk for work. There were no cutlery items in the room.

The large hotel offered a small, good parking spot for €9 per night. The location, room, and breakfast were all satisfactory, and the reception was open 24 hours. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
