The place was absolutely gorgeous, with rich, elegant, gothic and moody décor that left me stunned, especially in the hallways, staircase, and downstairs restaurant. My room was pretty basic but comfortable enough for a night’s stay, and I had my own keys for the room, bathroom, and downstairs door. The AC unit worked well, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful; the guide who showed me around didn’t speak English, but I understood enough. I highly recommend this unique place.

I liked the location; the hotel is close to the train station, the city centre, and the beach. The staff were friendly and let me leave my luggage before checking in, and after check‑out I was able to leave it for a few hours free of charge and go for a walk. I feel the room should have been flawless for the price. There was no shampoo, only shower gel. The room had a kitchen but no utensils. What surprised me most was that the ceiling was dripping right onto my head. The room definitely needs repairs.

“Decoración singular”

The location and the special décor were great. The lack of an elevator and the inability to cook were disappointing.

I didn’t like that due to technical problems I couldn’t check in at the property. I wasn’t able to access the property, refused to wait, and asked for a refund, which they denied. They claimed it was a “no‑show” and that I was not entitled to a refund, which is false. I was there, but the check‑in system didn’t work.

The location and atmosphere were good, and the staff were very friendly. The suite had a small kitchen, but contrary to the site’s claim of coffee and tea facilities, there was only Moccona coffee—no cups, no sugar, no mugs, no plates, no spoons, and not even plastic cups in the bathroom. The minibar had only two shower gel sachets and one shampoo sachet, as if they hadn’t prepared anything for renting. There was no dishware or service in the cabinets. Half the lighting was broken—spots didn’t work and lamps flickered. It’s a nice simple room but totally unkempt.
