There was a dog run, and it was spacious. I wish the sofa bed had been set up as a sofa from the start.

The cottage thrilled the kids, yet getting there by car was tricky because the narrow road and the inability to turn around made the steep backing maneuver hazardous, and we also found a huge ant infestation in the hallway.

I was really pleased with how the place catered to dogs and the overall cleanliness, though it would have been nice to have more human meal options beyond the set courses, like a regular set menu.

The staff were kind and helpful, and I appreciated the long, open‑air dog run, but it seemed they were understaffed and stretched thin; still, they remained courteous, and I think the bathrooms could use a proper cleaning for a better experience.

The inn was very dog‑friendly, with a 24‑hour dog run and indoor walking areas that kept my pup happy, and the human meals were generous and tasty while the open‑air bath was superb; the room was a bit small, but since I only needed it for sleeping it wasn’t a problem.
