The spot was great, but the place was dirty and the nighttime noise was excessive.

The location was good, but the lack of a lift made moving heavy luggage a hassle, there was no view, and it was only suitable for a few nights.

The room matched the listing exactly, and the staff were super friendly; everything was clean and tidy and the location was perfect in the middle of town, but the beds felt very hard.

The courtyard outside room 501 was a pleasant surprise, handy and useful for early‑morning risers.
