The classical breakfast room with conservatory serves a buffet, free Wi‑Fi, and newspapers. Nearby, Fraunhoferstraße and Müllerstraße stations connect to the Trade Fair, Isartor, and Englischer Garten. Art displays adorn lobby and hallways.

The hotel sits in a lively area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and quiet because it was on the back side of the building. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of food. In the past I stayed in a room at the front of the building, and it was a bit noisy.

The location is right in the middle of town with its own underground parking, perfect for my motorcycle that I wanted to park in the city without being visible. Front‑desk service was very good and they really listened to your questions, which was the best part of the hotel. Breakfast was good if you enjoy a sweet start. Unfortunately the room price is high, but that was expected with a booking during Oktoberfest and because it’s a boutique/art hotel. The room was on the street side above a bar, so there was a lot of noise, but the windows and double curtains muffled it a lot. It might still be too much for a light sleeper.

Cozy, centrally located, a pretty well‑furnished hotel, helpful staff, and the breakfast was the best I’ve had on a hotel! The hotel felt like a luxurious family inn.

The reception was very friendly with parking service, and the stay was especially quiet and pleasant during the Wiesn season.
