The gentleman cancelled my booking via WhatsApp that very day, saying the hotel was full and that I should cancel myself through the platform because he couldn’t do it himself—very disappointing!

Some of my belongings went missing, the rooms were infested with flying bugs, and there was no hot water.

The owner is amazing, everything was spotless, all the necessities were provided, she speaks English well, everything was superb, and we had a great couple of nights.
